About Unbound Ceremonies

Minister Riley Phoebus

Since stepping into Ministry in 2021, I have had the distinct honor of officiating more than 250 weddings and standalone ritual observations across the globe. My portfolio spans a massive spectrum of human connection, crossing international borders from local architectural landmarks in Chicago to historic settings in Salem, destination ceremonies in France, and beyond.

Because my framework is built entirely on personal autonomy, my ritual ministry welcomes all paths. I regularly collaborate with entirely secular couples looking for deep logic and raw emotion, Satanists seeking profound reclamation, practitioners craving ancestral elements, and all individuals navigating transformative personal milestones.

My creative journey is defined by pushing boundaries in the physical world. In 2023, I conceptualized and curated the very first iteration of The Satanic Temple’s Little Black Chapel installation in Boston, Massachusetts. Marrying dark, evocative aesthetics with intentional ceremony space, the physical installation captured global attention and was featured in Reuters, the BBC, and Boston Globe. Whether executing a high-profile public art installation or styling an intimate, textured environment for an experiential event, my goal is always the same: to bring a shared vision into tangible reality.
